  • Appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available.
  • If you are more than 5 minutes late without calling, your appointment may be rescheduled.
  • We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, and Apple Pay.
  • We do not accept American Express.
  • Tips in cash are appreciated.
  • Please supervise children at all times.
  • No pets allowed, except certified service animals.
  • If there’s an issue with your nails, let us know within 7 days – we will fix it free of charge if it’s due to our service.
  • If the damage is caused by the client (e.g., breakage, peeling, lifting due to misuse), a repair fee will apply.
  • All services are non-refundable.
  • Please make sure you are happy with your service before leaving the salon.
  • We’re happy to make adjustments before you go.
  • King Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  • Please be careful with your items, especially around nail polish and liquids.
  • To help us provide safe, quality service:
  • Inform us of any allergies to products before service.
  • Let us know immediately if you have any concerns about your service or experience.
  • Report any infection or unusual reaction as soon as possible.

We welcome everyone and have zero tolerance for rude or discriminatory behavior.
